Sean O’Flaherty
Professional Experience
Sean O’Flaherty has been practicing law in La Crosse, WI since 2001. He is now the sole member of O’Flaherty Law, LLC which started in July of 2020. Sean represents many local and regional businesses and actively advises them regarding corporate structure, corporate governance, managing credit, mergers and acquisitions and succession planning. Sean represents several highly regarded financial institutions. Sean has served as City Attorney of the City of Onalaska from 2004-2018. Sean regularly drafts and reviews complex banking, development, computer technology, and biotechnology contracts for local companies. Sean is licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the La Crosse County Bar Association. Prior to returning to La Crosse, Sean was employed by the law firm of Windels Marx Lane and Mittendorf, LLP in New York City where he concentrated on real estate financing.

Denise Bast moved to the Coulee Region in August of 2019 and liked it so much she made it home. Denise spent almost five years working for a local bank, focusing on commercial and consumer loan documents. She treats current and potential clients with kindness and respect, and her technological skills make drafting and completing documents efficient. She wanted a career in law and is excited to live that dream with O’Flaherty Law. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to wrestling events with her friends and watching movies with her two cats.
